B. Where there is a principle or accessory structure, all materials, ����I <br /> equipment_at7��c��l��t c;��i�cts shall be stored within a building or fully <br /> screened so as not to be visible from adjoining properties, except for <br /> the following: laundry drying, ��t��>f�.�;�� recreational equipment, <br /> construction landscaping materials and equipment currently being <br /> used for construction of the premises, woodpiles, agricultural <br /> equipment and materials if these are used or intended for use on the <br /> premises, off-street parking except as otherwise regulated herein. <br /> C. No more than two fish houses and one recreational vehicle are <br /> permissible �� i k�{� ���.> �_��t+���t r��< ��e���+��a:�. Fish houses and <br /> recreational vehicles must be stored at least io feet distance from any <br /> property line and outside of the OHW setback. <br /> U, Bvats and recreational vehicles shall be allowed to be parked and/or <br /> stored outside a building on private property u�to a cumulative total <br /> of 2i davs per calendar �r, exce�t that boats and recreational <br /> vehicles less than 3o feet in length stored in the rear vard of a non- <br /> riparian lot not less than the a�plicable setback from ank propertv <br /> line are not subject to the 2i-dav limit established herein if the <br /> following standards are satisfied: <br /> (i) A maximum of three boats and recreational vehicles less than <br /> �o feet in len�th mav be stored outside in the rear of improved <br /> lots onlx not less than the a�plicable setback from anX <br /> property line or ordinar�hi.gh water mark of a public water. <br /> (2) All boats and recreational vehicles stored outside more than <br /> 2i cumulative davs �eryear shall dis�lav a current license or <br /> watercraft registration if re�uired for such boat or <br /> recreational vehicle bX the State of Minnesota. <br /> (3) For the�urposes of this section�multi�le recreational vehicles <br /> stored on a single trailer less than�o feet in len�th shall be <br /> considered one recreational vehicle. <br /> E. Boats and recreational vehicles over 3o feet in length shall be allowed <br /> to be �arked outside a building anvwhere on�rivate property for no <br /> rnore than a cumulative total of 2i da��er calendar ,�r for the <br /> �urposes of repairi,�re�aration for mooring,. or transition to and <br /> from other stora�e arra�ements. <br /> F. Exceptions: <br /> (t) Watercraft normall� maintained�ear-round on �ermanent <br /> lifts, tract svstems or stands as the normal usa�e location are <br /> not considered as stored under this section. <br /> 3 <br />
