The <br /> Preliminary Plat for Charliewood was approved with the following conditions: <br /> i. Wetland area shall not be modified unless authorized by Crow Wing <br /> Soil and Water Conservation District. <br /> 2. "Outlot A" may only be used by owners of land in the development <br /> to access Mayo Lake. Each "unit owner" may be allowed to place <br /> one dock along the shoreline of"Outlot A." <br /> 3. An easement shall be created for the storm drain located between <br /> Lot i and Lot 2.
