Parcel ID aze: <br /> 290113300M0889 and 290113300LB4009. <br /> Purpose: Application is for a Variance to encroach the rear yazd setback and eaceed the <br /> maximum impervious coverage in the Downtown Mu�ed Use Zone. The applicant is <br /> proposing to subdivide the pazcel. This subdivision would create an encroachment into <br /> the rear yard setback. The applicant also proposes to exceed the maximum impervious <br /> coverage of 50%. <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written <br /> comments to City Hall. Copies of the permit,maps, drawings and staff report are <br /> available at City Hall at least one week prior to the hearing date.
