Page 4: Police - School Liaison Contract <br />including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of or related to its performance <br />under this Agreement. <br />C. The CITY and the SCHOOL DISTRICT shall comply with any and all applicable <br />state, federal and local laws, rules and regulations. <br />D. The CITY and the SCHOOL DISTRICT shall comply with all applicable <br />provisions of the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Chapter 13 of the <br />Minnesota Statutes. <br />E. The SCHOOL DISTRICT shall pay the sum of $2360.41 per month for the police - <br />school liaison officer position, starting on July 1St, 2010, with the final payment due <br />June 1St, 2011. <br />F. This Agreement represents the entire Agreement between the SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />and the CITY and supersedes and cancels any and all prior agreements or <br />proposals, written or oral, between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof; <br />any amendments, addenda, alterations, or modifications to the terms and conditions <br />of this Agreement shall be in writing and signed by both parties. <br />The parties hereto agree to cooperate with one another in the defense of any claim, <br />demand, or right of actions within the terms of this AGREEMENT. <br />School Board Chairman <br />School Board Clerk <br />Mayor, City of Pequot Lakes <br />Chief of Police <br />Date <br />Date <br />Date <br />Date <br />
