Use Map. Rezoning a portion of the subject property to "Rural Residential" is <br /> compatible with that classification. <br /> Planning Commission Member Wallin asked if the Certificate of Survey had been filed <br /> yet. Mr. Burslie stated it had not. <br /> Chair Hallan wondered if the Planning Commission should consider adding a condition <br /> that the rezone should not commence until the Certificate of Survey is filed with the <br /> County? He further stated he would prefer not to have two zoning classifications on �� <br /> Tract B. ' <br /> I <br /> I <br /> Planning Commission Member Wilson amended the motion to include '� <br /> Condition i: "The rezone request shall not proceed unless the property <br /> owner files the Certificate of Survey with the County." Planning <br /> Commission Member Wallin amended his second to include the Condition. <br /> All members voted"aye". Motion carried. ,' <br /> APPLICANT: Craig Vlaanderen , <br /> Applicant requests a Variance ', <br /> Mr. Burslie explained the Staff Report and presented photographs taken that afternoon. 'i <br /> Applicant has indicated the practical difficulties involved with this request are not I, <br /> having enough area for their driveway which is located behind the dwelling and a stand ' <br /> of Norway pines that they don't want to remove. However,there is adequate area to '' <br /> meet the structure setback. The new house is a rectangle allowing the driveway to go around to the ' <br /> garage. The proposed new structure is as far back as they could go without removing the , <br /> trees. The increase in impervious coverage is from the new driveway. � <br /> � <br /> Chair Hallan asked if the plan was for total demolition of the existing structure.
