CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 18- <br /> RESOLUTION CONCURRING WITH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF <br /> COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY 17 <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Crow Wing County, Minnesota intends to adopt a <br /> resolution locating, establishing, designating and numbering County State Aid Highway <br /> 17 upon the alignment of Patriot Avenue, previously known as Trunk Highway 371; and <br /> WHEREAS, said alignment begins at the southerly Trunk Highway 371/Patriot Avenue <br /> intersection, and proceeds north to the northerly Trunk Highway 371/Patriot Avenue <br /> intersection which locates and establishes County State Aid Highway 17 within the <br /> corporate limits of the City of Pequot Lakes, as noted on the attached Crow Wing <br /> County Highway Department Exhibit map. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Pequot <br /> Lakes that the resolution be adopted by the County Board, a draft copy of which is <br /> attached hereto, locating and establishing a portion of the County State Aid Highway 17 <br /> system within the City limits. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes this 3�d day of April, 2018. <br /> Nancy A.
