City of <br /> Pequot <br /> Lakes— _ <br /> Water/Wastewater Reuort <br /> March 2018 <br /> Water Den� <br /> Facilitv Performance for Februarv 2018: <br /> F[ow <br /> Average da,ily gallons pumped: 87,000 gallons <br /> Maximum daily gallons pumped: 145,000 gallons <br /> Minimum daily gallons pumped: 48,000 gallons <br /> Total monthly gallons pumped: 2,350,000 gallons <br /> Lab <br /> Average daily chlorine concentration:0.43(mg/1) <br /> *Recommended chlorine concentration:0.2 to 0.5 mg/1 <br /> Average daily fluoride concentration:0.8(mg/1) <br /> *Recommended fluoride concentration: 0.5 mg/1 to 0.9 mg/1 <br /> Wastewater Dent. <br /> Facilitv Performance for Februarv 2018: <br /> Flow <br /> Average Daily Flow: 57,671 gallons (Design—121,795 gal/day) <br /> Maximum Daily Flow: 68,946 gallons <br /> Minimum Daily Flow: 48,521 gallons <br /> Total Monthly Flow: 1,614,776 gallons <br /> Onerations Renort <br /> 1) Water treatment facility inspections were completed daily. <br /> 2) Wastewater facility and lift station checks were done every Monday,Wednesday,and Friday. <br /> 3) Monthly lift station maintenance(check amps,clean floats,inspect wet well,etc)was completed on 3/26. <br /> 4) Weekly water testing was completed. <br /> 5� Water meters were read on 3/21. <br /> � Monthly fluoride report was submitted to Minnesota Department of Health on 3/1. <br /> � Monthly and quarterly Discharge Monitoring Reports were submitted to MPCA on 3/1 and 3/6. <br /> 8) PRASD operators worked with Tim Bohmer of Municipal Service Co to replace a modulating valve <br /> positioner on the City's Tonka gravity filter in the water treatment plant. <br /> 9) A small chemical feed leak in the water plant was repaired on 3/19. <br /> 10) We have a few things to wrap up in the water plant and then once the snow is gone we'll be prepping the <br /> spray irrigation site for start-up.
