On that date the City's agents executing the warrant removed numerous items of personal property from the Property because such items were stored thereon in violation of the City's Code of Ordinances. Please be advised that the City will store the personal property removed from the Property for a period of 6o days from the date of this letter. The City will return such property to you within this 6o-day period upon your demonstration to the satisfaction of the City that you will store any such items of property returned to you in compliance with Chapter 3,Article 8 of the City Code, a copy of which is enclosed with this letter for your convenience. In the event that you do not reclaim such personal property within the applicable 60- day period, or are unable to demonstrate to the City's satisfaction that you will store such personal property in compliance with the City Code, the City Council will consider declaring such property to be abandoned and order the disposal of the same according to procedures outlined in City Code Section 3-8.2 (5)• A complete listing of the personal property removed from the Property and now in storage with the City, together with photographs of the same, is enclosed with this letter.
