12. Each of the lots will not require a Variance to allow their intended purposes. <br /> 13. The Minnesota DNR has been notified of this request. They have not raised any <br /> concerns, <br /> Please note that the City Council also added the following conditions: <br /> 1. Wetland area shall not be modified unless authorized by Crow Wing Soil <br /> and Water Conservation District. <br /> 2. "Outlot A"may only be used by owners of land in the development to access <br /> Mayo Lake. Each "unit owner"may be allowed to place one dock along the <br /> shoreline of"Outlot A." <br /> 3. An easement shall be created for the storm drain located between Lot 1 and <br /> Lot 2. The long-term maintenance of the drain shall be addressed in the <br /> Declaration and approved by the City. <br /> 4. Natural or manmade storage areas shall be utilized where needed and shall <br /> be designated by drainage and utility easement by the subdivider. All <br /> storage areas shall be vegetated and designed to lower naturally after a <br /> storm. <br /> 5. Onsite septic systems shall conform to Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br /> Standards, Individual Sewage Treatment Systems Standard, (Chapter�080 <br /> of the Minnesota Administrative Rules) and the City of Pequot Lakes SSTS <br /> standards. <br /> 6. Onsite wells shall conform to the Minnesota Department of Health Rules <br /> and Regulations MHD 2�0-230 "Water Well Construction Code." <br /> �. The developer shall pay a park dedication fee (or dedicate land to the city <br /> valued at an equal amount) in the amount of$4,680.0o in accordance with <br /> Section 1�-9.10 "Dedication to the Public—Standards."
