The City Code states o.5 Animal Units are <br /> allowed per acre in that zoning classification. Mr. Wilmes would be allowed to <br /> keep .�1 Animal Units. He currently has i miniature horse, 2 geese, 4 ducks, 5 <br /> chickens, and 4 pygmy goats. The animals, fowl and poultry are not for human <br /> consumption. <br /> The City Code states one mature dairy cow or horse is 1.4 Animal Units. In <br /> determining which animals to keep, Mr. Wilmes is wondering if the miniature <br /> horse is counted as 1.4 Animal Units. The miniature horse weighs approximately <br /> �5o pounds. <br /> Applicable Regulations: <br /> Section 17-3.2. DEFINITIONS <br /> 12. Animals, Domestic.
