Operations and Maintenance: <br />• The MN Department of Health Monthly Fluoridation Report was completed and <br />submitted. <br />• Feb 2nd, had a NRWA webinar from 11:30 -12:30 addressing topics on Vulnerability <br />Assessments, Emergency Response Plans and Site Security Plans. <br />• Feb 4th, cleaned Potassium Permanganate Tank. <br />• Feb 5th-7th, Paul Grimes with MN Pipe & Equipment had one of his crew members, Jim <br />Tatur, come up and replace the upper hydrant rods in 23 of our fire hydrants, those <br />dated between 1999 and 2004. Waterous Company pays for the work, required upgrade. <br />We have two more that need to be replaced and Jim will take care of those when he <br />does the hydrants in Baxter. <br />• Feb 8th, plowed snow for the Street Dept. Had to purchase a new battery for the white <br />truck. Lance installed it. Also, on the 8th, Jamie with Due North Construction called to <br />inform me his water line had froze, again. (4625 Engen Rd) I called Ritter & Ritter Co. <br />and made an appt. for them to thaw the line. Kemp Ritter took care of it on Feb 10th with <br />a jet -hose and hot water. Jamie is running his water now to avoid freezing. <br />• Feb 10th, attended an MMUA Safety Meeting in East Gull. <br />
