City of <br />Pequott <br />Lakes— <br />AGENDA ITEM #7.3 <br />REPORT TO <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Date: March 2, 2010 <br />Subject: Fitness Room <br />Report: The Fire and Police Departments have submitted <br />a request to use a portion of the City Hall for a fitness <br />room. The attached memo is from Natasha Carlson, <br />firefighter for the Pequot Lakes Fire Department. <br />Items that still need to be considered include a disclaimer <br />holding the City harmless against injury, etc. and rules <br />which would include hours of use, and who will be allowed <br />to use the room. These items will be discussed with Mark <br />Jurchen and a recommendation and appropriate forms will <br />be given to the Council at the April meeting. <br />It is recommended that the fitness room be open to all City <br />employees. <br />Council Action Requested: Council authorization to allow <br />the fire department to proceed with the renovations. <br />
