Chief f A ,14 - <br />February 18,,2= <br />Regional Radio Grant <br />The Brainerd Fire Department is the host for the Regional Radio Grant. A 20% match <br />of the grant amount that each Cuyuna Range entity is requesting will be required. <br />Please forward the following completed information to my attention no later than March <br />15, 2010. <br />• Attached grant information form completed. <br />• Letter from your City Council approving of a 20 % match of the grant <br />amount that your entity is requesting. The match dollars will be <br />required when the system is purchased. Also, the grant writer fee is <br />estimated at approximately $100 per each Department involved with <br />this grant. <br />• Please note that your Department must be in compliance with NFRIS <br />reporting when the grant is awarded. <br />Please contact me if you have questions. <br />
