Mr. Schmidt <br /> explained he had taken some measurements from his property to the church <br /> and he believes he would not be able to meet the 500 foot criteria of the <br /> current ordinance for an off sale liquor license. Council Member Loukota <br /> added that he also did some measuring on an aerial map and concurred <br /> with Mr. Schmidt. <br /> Council discussion ensued and the consensus was to direct Mr. Schmidt to <br /> work with Nancy Malecha and Dawn Bittner to discuss if an ordinance <br /> amendment could be considered. <br /> 6.2. Robert & Kimberly Swenson Propertv <br /> Dawn Bittner presented a timeline regarding the Robert and Kimberly <br /> Swenson property located at 31051 Pine Street. Mayor Adams indicated <br /> the City has tried working with the Swenson's and has given them ample <br /> time to clean up the property and has also presented other options for the <br /> property. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY TO <br /> MOVE FORWARD WITH THE CLEANUP OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED <br /> AT 31051 PINE STREET AS STATED IN RESOLUTION 17-17.
