If a commercial use is not specifically listed, the <br /> use would fall under the "Commercial Use (Other, Not Classified)" category. <br /> Over the past 3 years the City has processed Conditional Use Permit applications <br /> for the following uses that fell under this classification: <br /> • Cleaning Service <br /> • Office Space in Commercial Zone <br /> • U-Haul Trucks&Trailers <br /> • Sign Printing Business <br /> Staff would like direction from the Planning Commission for criteria to determine <br /> whether a new business would be an allowed use or one that would fall into this <br /> category requiring a Conditional Use Permit. <br /> Applicable Regulations: Section ��-5.16 is attached. <br /> Planning Commission Direction: Please come prepared to discuss <br /> potential criteria for Staff to use to determine how this category should be used as <br /> we move forward. <br /> Pequot Lakes Staff Report �(a)-1 <br /> January i8,2oi8 <br />
