CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> 2018 ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS <br /> AMENDED: 1-2-18 <br /> Committee/Department Description 2018 Appointment <br /> Administration Liaison The Administration Office includes the City Nancy Adams <br /> Administrator, City Clerk/Treasurer,Zoning (Scott Pederson) <br /> Specialist,and Administrative Assistant. <br /> Building Committee The Building Committee meets as needed for Randy Loukota <br /> maintenance or remodeling of City buildings which Scott Pederson <br /> include City Hall,Cole Memorial, Library,Water Nancy Malecha <br /> Plant,Wastewater Treatment Facility,and Chamber Mike Loven <br /> buildings. <br /> Cable Commission The Cable Commission meets once a year and its Nancy Adams <br /> members include representatives of the entities in Nancy Malecha <br /> the Heartland Cable Commission. <br /> Economic Development The Economic Development Commission meets on Scott Pederson <br /> Commission Liaison the third Tuesday of each month at 8:00 a.m.at City (Mimi Swanson) <br /> Hall. <br /> Emergency Management The Emergency Management Directors are Eric Klang <br /> responsible for the City's Emergency Management Tom Nelson <br /> Plan. <br /> Fire Board The Fire Board meets on the last Wednesday during Nancy Adams <br /> the months of January,April,July,and October at (Nancy Malecha) <br /> 7:00 p.m. in the Fire Department Meeting Room. <br /> Members include representatives of the entities <br /> that the Fire Department services. <br /> Fire Liaison The Fire Department includes the Fire Chief, Nancy Malecha <br /> Assistant Fire Chiefs,Captains, and Firefighters. <br /> Fire Relief Board The Fire Relief Board meets as needed to discuss Nancy Adams <br /> investment and benefit level items regarding the Nancy Malecha <br /> firefighters' pension plan. <br /> HRA Commission Liaison The Housing and Redevelopment Authority meets Jerry Akerson <br /> on the third Tuesday of each month at 5:15 p.m.at <br /> Sibley Terrace. <br /> Mayor Pro-Tem The Mayor Pro-Tem takes over when the Mayor is Scott Pederson <br /> absent. <br /> Park Commission Liaison The Park Commission meets on the second Thursday Mimi Swanson <br /> of each month at 5:00 p.m.at City Hall. <br /> Personnel Committee The Personnel Committee meets as needed to Scott Pederson <br /> review job descriptions,job points,wage increases, Mimi Swanson <br /> and benefits for employees.
