<br /> This Schematic Layout scope is based on the north 60 acres +/- being used for commercial /
<br /> business /office / light manufacturing. The south 20 acres +/- (a triangular parcel) would be
<br /> intended for recreational (the School District has already supplied some potential field layouts).
<br /> We will be gathering information to prepare the layouts and present at the EDC meeting on
<br /> Tuesday morning, January 16, 2018.
<br /> While we are still not sure what input we may receive to prepare these 3 schematic layouts,
<br /> based on our attendance at a previous EDC meeting and our knowledge through the years with
<br /> the City on this area, we can provide these above services for a lump sum amount of$4,500.
<br /> If you are in agreement with our proposed scope of services, schedule, and fee, please sign on
<br /> the 4th page and return one copy of this letter for our records.
<br /> While we are talking about this Subject, we would like to make you aware of a possible follow-
<br /> up to these layouts.
<br /> As we have with others, we can work with the EDC and the City to prepare marketing graphics
<br /> that can be used to effectively communicate the vision that has been developed for this part of
<br /> the City of Pequot Lakes. The marketing graphics will consist of an overall masterplan that
<br /> reflects the preferred schematic layouts developed during the initial schematic layout phase of
<br /> our services, as well as two select exterior renderings that will depict the potential development
<br /> opportunities. Examples are below and on the following page —again, these are just examples.
<br /> The graphics for Pequot Lakes would be reflective of the results of the schematic layout phase.
<br /> The marketing graphics can be created in both digital and printed format, depending on the
<br /> preferred delivery of these materials to potential developers or interested businesses. We can
<br /> provide these marketing graphics for an estimated amount of$6,000.
