Pequot Lakes Police Monthly Report November 2017: During the month of November(1�-30th),the Pequot Lakes Police Department has a record of 350 calls for service. Call types include but are not limited to: • Agency Assist • Alarm • Animal Complaint • Death • Disturbance I • Driving Complaint I • Motorist Assist �� • Parking Complaint • Personal Injury Accident � • Property Damage Accident • Welfare Check Notable Calls: On 11/1/17, Pequot Lakes had its first day of significant snowfall, creating hazardous driving '� conditions. Officers responded to ten motor vehicle accidents, one of them involving injuries, I and three motorist assists. ' On 11/17/17, Officer Ryan Franz was on routine patrol when he perFormed a traffic stop on a vehicle for crossing the fog line multiple times. Upon making contact with the driver, Officer Franz discovered that she did not possess a valid driver's license or have proof of insurance on � the vehicle.The vehicle was impounded and the driver was arrested for Driving After Cancellation-Inimical to Public Safety and misdemeanor No Insurance. On 11/18/17, OfFicer Sheri Fyle was dispatched to a residence in Jenkins for a report of a disturbance.When Officer Fyle arrived at the address, she made contact with the intoxicated female reporting party. She advised that her and her boyfriend, who was also intoxicated, had ongoing issues with the neighbors across the street since the summer.Along with assistance from the Nisswa Police Department and Crow Wing County SherifF's Office, OfFicer Fyle neutralized the situation and cleared.
