• Updated the Water Conservation Tip sheet, placed on website and included in <br /> utility bill; <br /> • Maintained the Wellhead Protection information on the City website; <br /> • Included the Water Conservation Brochure in the Ju1y utility mailing; <br /> • Monitored for potential contaminant sources and setback requirements within <br /> the IWMZ(200'); <br /> • Requested Pequot Lakes Fire Department and Crow Wing County Highway <br /> Department to consider the location of the WHP Area whenever performing <br /> activities in this area; <br /> • Reminded City Staff and East Side Oil of importance of monitoring the Used Oil <br /> Recycling Station; <br /> • Updated list of wells and their sta.tus in the DWSMA; <br /> • Requested Minnesota Department of Health Hydrologist&Planner to review for <br /> groundwater related concerns or questions; <br /> • Consider existing land uses,future changes and zoning districts in the DWSMA; <br /> • Annually reviewed WHP Plan and identified measures to complete in upcoming <br /> year; <br /> • Held annual WHP Team meeting; <br /> • Monitored for new potential contaminant sources within the IWMZ of the City <br /> wells; <br /> • Reviewed and updated Emergency Contingency Plan as needed; <br /> • Participated in the successful sealing of a well within the Emergency Response <br /> Area. <br /> The Wellhead Protection Evaluation Form will be provided to the Council prior to being <br /> submitted to the Department of Health. <br /> 6 � Page <br />
