B. That the property owner shall have until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday,November 1, 2017 to <br /> � fully remedy the nuisance conditions and code violations existing on the Property, including <br /> completing the specific corrective actions listed on E�iibit E attached hereto and � <br /> incorporated herein by reference, except that if(1)the property owner has completed the first <br /> two corrective actions listed on Exhibit E, and(2)has submitted a valid application for a land <br /> use permit under City Code Section 17-11.8 to construct and/or install fencing compliant <br /> with City Code Section 17-5.9(4)(C) and 17-7.3 for purposes of screening the snowmobiles <br /> as required by City Code Section 17-7.5(1.B),then the property owner shall have until May <br /> 1,2018 to complete the installation of the fencing required to properly screen any <br /> snowmobiles to be stored outside on the Property(thereby completing the third corrective <br /> action listed on Exhibit E)thereafter.
