After conducting the inspection, I <br /> found the structure to be unsafe due to these reasons under the Minnesota Sta.te Building <br /> Code 1300.0180, and Minnesota State Sta.tutes 463.15 to 463.26. The violations are; <br /> � -Dangerous to human life <br /> -No utility services <br /> -Rodent harborage <br /> -Damaged&non code framing members <br /> -Fire hazazd <br /> -Unsanitary conditions <br /> -Non water resistant siding <br /> -Health hazazd <br /> -Unsecure(All windows and doors broken or open) <br /> -Dangerous entrance <br /> -Garage wa11 damage <br /> -No heat source or insulation <br /> This building should be secured immediately under Minnesota.Sta.te Statute 463.251.
