• Section i�-7.4 requires "(a)11 structures shall be properly maintained in a clean � and acceptable manner so as not to constitute a menace to the public health, safety, convenience, general welfare, property values, and aesthetics" . . . and that "(a)ll landscaping shall be properly maintained as to preserve planting in a live state and free of noxious weeds." • Section i�-7.5 (B) requires that"all materials and equipment shall be stored within a building or fully screened so as not to be visible from adjoining properties." • Section i�-�.6 prohibits land uses that have"a strong negative visual unpact or offends the morals or violates the standards of the City." • Section i�-�.�requires that"(a)ll solid waste shall be disposed of in accordance with the standards of Crow�ng County." • Section i�-�.5 (D) requires"abandoned motor vehicles shall be stored within a structure or completely screened from view from adjacent properties and right- of-way." • Section i�-5.6 (4 A) requires no more than "a recreational vehicle is allowed". In addition,the conditions on your Property described above constitute a public nuisance under the following provisions in Chapter�z of the Code,which provides that anyone who maintains such conditions is guilty of a misdemeanor: • Any condition"which unreasonably annoys,injures, or endangers the safety, � health, morals, comfort, or repose of any considerable number of inembers of the public(City Code�-2.i); • Accumulations of manure, refuse, or other debris (City Code�-2.2); + Accumulations in the open of discarded or disused machinery, household appliances, automobile bodies, or other material, in a manner conductive to the harboring of rats, mice,snakes, or vermin, or the rank growth of vegetation among the items so accumulated, or in a manner creating fire, health, or safety , hazards from such accumulation(City Code�-2.4); • Other conditions or things which are likely to cause injury to the person or property of anyone (City Code�-2.4)• '� I� Enforcement/Penalty Please be advised that pursuant to City Code Section i�-12.i,violation of any provision of Chapter i�of City Code shall be considered either an administrative offense subject to an administrative fine; a criminal offense; or a civil offense subject to enforcement through civil remedies, including the abatement procedure described below. Each act of violation in every calendar day upon which said violation occurs or continues may be considered a separate offense. Further, a person who violates this Code is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof may be punished by a fine of not more than $�000.00 and/or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both. � 2 �
