ORDINANCE NiJMBER i�-o5, SECOND SERIES ,` AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAP'I'ER 5 OF THE CITY CODE CREATING A PUBLIC ZONING CI.ASSIFICATION AND REVISING THE TITLE FOR THE LAND USE MATRIX CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES COUNTY OF CROW WING STATE OF MINNESOTA The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: Purpose and Intent: The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to amend Chapter 1�of the Pequot Lakes City Code creating a "Public"Zoning Classification and to revise the title for the Land Use Matrix. Amendment: Section 5.i5 shall become Public under Section V Zoning Districts and District Provisions and read as follows: Section 5.15 Public (P) 1. Purpose and Intent: To establish and maintain a land use district for existing �ublic use of land or for land�roperly suited for public facilities��arks and open s�aces and other locations for�ublic or semi�ublic use. 2. Compatibility: Public zones are com�atible with and can be established �. adjacent to everv other zoning classification, and any property that meets the purpose and intent of this zoning classification may be zoned Public. 3.
