COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />Prosecution Agreement with Mallie Law Office <br />Chief Klang presented the prosecution agreement <br />for 2012. He noted that the cost is the same as 20 <br />COUNCIL MEMBER MALECHA MOVED TO <br />PROSECUTION AGREEMENT WITH MAL <br />YEAR 2012. COUNCIL MEMBER <br />MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />Tim Houle pfesented the scaled down Government Drive reconstruction <br />project. He explained that this concept basically deals with pavement mill <br />and inlay and some new pavement areas for parking at an estimated cost <br />of $336,000. <br />Council Member Ryan questioned whether the existing road is at its useful <br />life. Mike Loven stated that it is not in very good shape. <br />
