1. The amendment creates a performance standard to ensure visibility and promote <br /> safe travel at intersections. <br /> All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> Chair Engels closed the Public Hearing. <br /> ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO AGENDA: None <br /> OPEN FORiJM: None <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> a.Wallace Schoeb, U-Haul Rental Discussion <br /> Mr. Burslie e�lained the Staff Report. <br /> Mr. Schoeb was present and he stated the actual business transaction for rental of the <br /> trucks/trailers took place on an adjacent property and so the subject property does not <br /> contain an unpermitted commercial use. <br /> Burslie referenced conditional use permit requirement for"exterior storage"and stated <br /> that the property did contain a"commercial use"since the trucks and trailers were be <br /> rented out through a business and not used solely for the property owner's private use. <br /> Commissioner Wallin stated that he doesn't believe a commercial business is being <br /> operated on the U-haul property because the actual business transaction is being made <br /> off-site. <br /> A motion was made be Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Norton to require the property owner to amend the current CUP and <br /> include the adjacent property/U-Haul business. All members voted"aye". <br /> Motion carried. <br /> b. Planning Commission Member Term Expirations <br /> Mr. Burslie presented the term e�irations for 2oi�and 2oi8 to the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> Commissioner Habein stated that he does not intend to reapply for his position. <br /> c.
