Closed Session in Accordance with M.S. 13D.05, Subd. 3(a) for the <br /> Performance of Nancv Malecha, Citv Administrator/Clerk <br /> The Council went into closed session at 7:50 p.m. <br /> Present at the closed session were: Mayor Adams, Council Member <br /> Akerson, Council Member Loukota, Council Member Swanson, and City <br /> Administrator/Clerk Nancy Malecha. <br /> The closed session was electronically recorded pursuant to Minnesota <br /> Statutes, Section 13D.05, Subdivision 1. <br /> The Council discussed the agenda item. <br /> 2.
