Call MeetinQ to Order <br /> Mayor Adams called the Special Meeting of the Pequot Lakes City Council �'� <br /> to order at 6:00 p.m. , <br /> 1.1. Pledge of Allegiance ' <br /> Mayor Adams led with the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 2. Consider Agenda '� <br /> The agenda was accepted as presented. � <br /> 3. Consider AdoptinQ an Order Declarin� Propertv to be a Public Nuisance <br /> Mayor Adams opened the public hearing. <br /> City Attorney Erica Heikel indicated the purpose for this meeting was to <br /> consider a resolution declaring the property owned by Carter McAninch <br /> located on County Road 168 to be a public nuisance. <br /> Nancy Malecha presented photographs of the Property that were taken on <br /> Monday, October 2, 2017 and explained their contents noting the City <br /> Code violations and nuisance conditions. <br /> Mayor Adams closed the public hearing. <br /> Council discussion ensued regarding the notices that have been sent and <br /> how long this property has been an issue. <br /> Council Member Akerson questioned why the Council did not receive <br /> notification about this issue until now. <br />
