The conditional use permit request is to amend the existing conditional use permit to allow rental and storage of U-Haul trucks and trailers in the Commercial zone. 2. The subject properties are conforming parcels. The parcel to the west is vacant(PIN: 291i5ooiooiAoo9),while the easterly parcel contains a car wash and a used car sales lot (PIN: 291�50020010009). g. The properties are not served by municipal water and wastewater. The easterly parcel is served by a private Subsurface Sewage Treatment System and a deep well. 4. The applicant proposes 8,00o square feet for the storage of U-Haul trucks and trailers on the west parcel. 5. Signage will be applied for under separate Land Use Permit meeting Section i�-�.i of the City Code. 6. The proposed use,with conditions, conforms to the Comprehensive Plan. �. The adjacent property is zoned Commercial and Public. 8. The proposed use is compatible with the e�cisting neighborhood. 9. The proposed use,with conditions,will not be injurious to the public health, safety,welfare, decency, order, comfort, convenience, appearance or prosperity of the City. io.The conditional use, with conditions,will not be injurious to the use and enjoyment of other property in the immediate vicinity of the subject property.
