The building official <br /> shall cause to be posted at each entrance to such structure a notice reading as <br /> follows, "This Structure Is Unsafe And Its Occupancy Has Been Prohibited By The <br /> Building Official". It shall be unlawful for any person to enter such structure except for <br /> the purpose of securing the structure, making the required repairs, removing the <br /> hazardous condition, or of demolishing the same. <br /> 6. Warning Notice Of Unsanitary Condition: The housing inspector or authorized city <br /> representative shall take note of any unsanitary conditions caused by accumulation of � <br /> garbage, rubbish, or other debris upon any premises obsenred by them. A "warning ' <br /> notice" of such conditions shall be served upon the owner and occupant of the �I <br /> premises, either by mail or by leaving such notice in a conspicuous place on the '� <br /> premises. Such notice shall be on a form to be prepared by the housing inspector of ', <br /> the city and a record of all such notices served shall be transmitted to the housing <br /> inspector or authorized city representative for further inspection and enforcement of I <br /> the provisions of this section. The service of any notice pursuant to this section shall I <br /> not in any way supersede or affect any other order, tag, or notice of violation duly '� <br /> issued or served pursuant to any other code. � <br /> 7. Enforcement By City Attorney: The city attorney may enforce any provisions of this <br /> section, including any order to vacate condemned dwellings and apartments, by <br /> mandamus, injunction, or any other appropriate remedy in any court of competent <br /> jurisdiction. <br /> 8. Violations: Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section will be guilty of ' <br /> a misdemeanor. Each violation of this section will constitute a separate offense. Each <br /> day that a violation continues after due notice has been senred shall be deemed a <br /> separate offense. The code official shall also have the authority to issue an <br /> administrative citation as provided in section 10.31 of this chapter in an effort to gain <br /> compliance with the provisions of this section. <br /> C. Equipment And Facilities: <br /> � <br /> 1. Compliance Required: No person shall occupy as owner-occupant or let or allow � <br /> another to occupy any dwelling, dwelling unit, or other structure for the purpose of <br /> living, sleeping, cooking, or eating therein which does not comply with the <br /> requirements set forth in this subsection. <br /> 2.
