<br /> owned by Charles Peterson and is zoned Forest Management. His nephew, Tom
<br /> Peterson, may subdivide the portion outlined in red and would request to rezone
<br /> it to Commercial. The two lots immediately north of the red lot are zoned
<br /> Commercial, one lot being vacant and the other containing Tasty Pizza North and
<br /> Tiny Sprouts Day Care.
<br /> The future land use map identifies the subject property as "Forest Preservation"
<br /> and the properties near the subject property are identified as "Rural Residential."
