Planning Commission Direction: The Planning Commission can approve <br /> the Conditional Use Permit, deny the application, or table the request if <br /> additional information is needed. If the motion is for approval or denial, <br /> Findings of Fact should be cited. <br /> Staff Recommendation: The subject property is suited well for the proposed <br /> use. The proposed use will take place within the structures on the property. We <br /> recommend the application be approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Parking of the U-Haul trucks and trailers shall be along the north and <br /> south lots lines of the west parcel as indicated on the site plan in an <br /> orderly fashion. <br /> 2. No existing trees shall be removed. <br /> g. Signage shall be permitted by separate application. <br /> 4. There shall be no more than a total of"x" rental trucks/trailers allowed on <br /> the subject property. The maximum number allowed is a combination of <br /> trucks and or trailers. <br /> 5. All parking areas shall be set back a distance of 10' or greater from all <br /> property lines. <br /> The planning commission may also want to consider requiring additional <br /> screening (privacy fence or vegetation) along the north and/or west property <br /> lines.
