This project will continue to be an integral <br /> community element and SAS+Associates,Inc.(SAS)is happy to submit a proposal for the work. We could start working on this <br /> project immediately. Please call with any questions regazding this proposal. Our proposal is as follows: <br /> We are prepated to complete the Phase I Construction Plans for the Trailside Park Highway 371 Yacation Project as discussed. <br /> Construction Documentation,Bidding, Construction Observation,Phase <br /> Approach: <br /> SAS+Associates will complete Phase I Construction Plans and Details for submittal to WSN Engineers for inclusion in the final <br /> streets engineering package. Having WSN incorporate the pazk plans into adjacent street improvement project will allow for an <br /> integrated bid set reducing the overall cost to the City. SAS will engage Studio North Architecture as a subconsultant for the <br /> wanning house structure and the shade structure.Phase I elements include:flag display; concrete,asphalt and specialty walks; <br /> pedestrian crossings;veteran memorial relocation/enhancement;lighting;signage;parking;splash park;warming house and <br /> shade structure;pond(or substitute);and associated site elements such as fencing,railings and wayfmding. <br /> We are comfortable that the proposed fee and outlined tasks will be very close to the final numbers and required tasks. <br /> For granting purposes,SAS will track the Flag Display/Splash Park elements separately to allow for clear documentation. <br /> The plans produced during Design Development will be finalized during this phase of work.A small modification of the <br /> Approved Plan will be completed to redesign the area around the playground and to determine if a pond is still desired is included <br /> in the associated fees.
