November 15, 2011 Minutes <br />Housing & Redevelopment Authority <br />Commissioners present: Bob Peterson, Robert Ritter, Trudy Jurchen, Lorraine Youngberg, Laura Hofius <br />Also present: Executive Director Carlson, Assistant Director Anderson, Mayor Adams <br />Tenants: P. Hoskins, J. Hoskins, D. Botham <br />Call Meeting to Order <br />5:15 p.m. Chairman Peterson called to order the meeting of the Housing Authority. Peterson welcomed <br />everyone attending. <br />Consider Agenda & Bills <br />No changes <br />Consent Agenda/Regular Meeting <br />approved Minutes & Payment of Bills Moved by Trudy, seconded by Ritter, All ayes; Motion carried. <br />West Grove <br />Annual inspections will be set up <br />Sibley Terrace <br />December will be the open Board meeting for the public to view the 5 year plan <br />Parkview <br />Burn Unit is completed <br />Alpine <br />Questioned garden space will not be pressed anymore. In the early Spring we will again ask for those that want <br />to be involved on the usage of the space and share the project. <br />Executive Director's Report <br />Annual alarms inspection with our security company was held on the 16`h within the Sibley Terrace and <br />ParkView I & II. <br />Executive Director Carlson & Maintenance Hall will discuss their suggestions for the 5 year plan. <br />`— Maintenance Engineer's Report <br />Preparing for snow. Blower was needing repairs and is ready for the season. <br />Other Business <br />No response from the attendees <br />Open Forum <br />The new bright lights that highlight the Bobber Water tower were discussed. Mayor Adams said that they are <br />looking into getting some sort of shields to encompass the light more. <br />(not sure of understanding this conversation and concern discussed >>>The additional emergency city alarm that <br />was shut off has had only one complaint of it being shut off. All other responses received by the city have been <br />positive in liking the choice of stopping the second alert.) <br />Adjournment 5:35 p.m. Moved by Hofius, seconded by Jurchen.
