Clerk shall,on or before September i next following abatement of the nuisance,list the total unpaid charges along with all other such charges as well as other charges for current services to be assessed under Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.io�against each separate lot or parcel to which the charges are attributable. Remove the recreational vehicle and all other unregistered or inoperable vehicles. Failure to timely take each of the actions enumerated above to correct the code violations and public nuisance conditions on the Property will result in the City initiating the above-summarized legal enforcement processes against you,up to and including referring this matter to the City's prosecuting attorney to initiate criminal prosecution for each documented violation of the City Code described above.
