You indicated in May, 2oi6 that your sister,Cathi, had been placing items and vehicles on your property and that she would remove the items. I visited your property July�3, 2oi�and took the enclosed photographs which indicate no effort on your part to address the issues. The City Code states in Section i�-�.4 MAINTENANCE that "All structures shall be properly maintained in a clean and acceptable manner so as not to constitute a menace to the public health,safety, corcveniercce,general welfare,property values, and aesthetics. All�andscapzng shull be properly maintained so as to preserve planting in a live state and free of noxious weeds." The City Code further states in Section i�-�.5 EXTERIOR STORAGE that "all materials and equipment shall be stored within a building or fully screened so as not to be visible frorn adjoining properh:es..." The City Code further states in Section i�-�.6 VISUAL STANDARDS that "No use shall create, maintain or continue any actiuity or structure which has a strong negative visual impact or offends the morals or violates the standards of the City."
