Property Description: Property is located at 27748 West Twin Lake Drive. Parcel ID are: 2912000090FE009. Purpose: Application is for a variance to encroach the State Highway 371 right-of-way setback in the Shoreline Residential Zone. The applicant is proposing to construct a 26' X 28' (728 s� deta.ched garage 20 feet from the right-of-way while 30 feet is required. The property owner plans an upper level in the garage for storage space. The lot is odd shaped with a small building envelope. All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to City Ha11.
