Stages of development proposed. <br /> Fee Owner. <br /> Additional submittals or considerations: <br /> Cost Benefit Analysis. <br /> Variance, CUP or Rezone required? <br /> All City charges paid. <br /> 9 copies of Preliminary Plat. <br /> The following takes place once the appGcation has been determined complete: <br /> City publishes Public Hearing Norice in newspaper <br /> City mails Public Hearing Notices to neighboring paxcel owners within 350 feet of subject <br /> property. <br /> One week prior to Planning Commission meeting,Sta.ff Report will be available at City Hall or <br /> on the website. <br /> Plannuig Commission meeting: Pla.nning Commission holds a public hearing and may continue <br /> the hearing to allow all factual input it deems necessaxy to make a decision. <br /> The Plannina Commission shall recommend the approval,where applicable,of the Preliminary <br /> Plat to the City Council within the required timefratne and the findings shall be sent to the <br /> subdivider. <br /> The City Council shall review the findings and recommendations of the Planning <br /> Commission at their next regular meeting and make the final determination. <br /> * The Design Review Team (DRT)was established to provide an advanced approach for <br /> handGng complez development applications.
