Reauest to MnDOT Reqardinq Speed Resolution <br /> The Clerk noted that MnDOT had replied to the City Council's request <br /> regarding the safety issue on Highway 371 near Pillsbury Street. She <br /> indicated that MnDOT is studying the area but the results of the study are <br /> not completed at this time. <br /> 11. Maintenance Supervisor's Reqort <br /> Report by Mike Loven. <br /> 12. City Enqineer <br /> 12.1. Trailside Estates Update <br /> City Engineer Tim Houle indicated that Corky Smith has requested that <br /> the City plow the roads in the Trailside Estates plat. The Clerk indicated <br /> that she received an opinion from the City Attorney regarding the City <br /> plowing roads in a development prior to taking over the development. The <br /> Council considered the legal advice from the attorney and advice from the <br /> � City Engineer and decided to take no action from the motion made on <br /> October 2nd which states that the City will not plow the roads until all of <br /> the improvements have been fully accepted by the City. <br /> 13. Other Business <br /> There was no other business. <br /> 14. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH <br /> MOVED TO ADJOURN. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> The meeting of the City Council adjourned at 9:20 p.m. <br /> RespectFully submitted, <br /> Sandra A.
