Malecha, Council Members Oraskovich, Nagel, <br /> Sjoblad, and Ryan ' <br /> Staff Present: Sandra Peine, City Clerk; Paul Sandelin, City Attorney <br /> Mayor Malecha called the closed meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> The City Attorney noted that this meeting was closed on the basis of attorney <br /> client privilege to discuss pending litigation regarding the Anderson Brothers <br /> Conditional Use Permit. <br /> The City Attorney updated the Council on the aspects of the litigation. <br /> There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO <br /> ADJOURN.
