I visited your property today and found that you have hung the shutters on the dwelling and removed some of the items stored outside. However,this does not bring this property into compliance. This letter is intended to provide you with one final opportunity to abate the City Code violations and nuisance conditions outlined in my correspondence dated May 19, 2016 and April 28, 2017. To avoid this matter being turned over to the City Attorney for prosecution you must complete the following by August 17, 2017: 1. Remove or properly store all items currently stored outside; 2. Remove or properly store the abandoned vehicle; 3. Make application for the privacy fence constructed between the dwelling and garage(application enclosed); 4. Properly maintain the landscaping; 5. Properly discard all items beyond their usable life in accordance with the standards of Crow Wing County. Failure to comply with the City Code by August 17, 2017,will prompt us to take more aggressive action. This would likely include Administrative Fines in the amount of $100.00ep r day for each day the violation continues, civil action to obtain a court order "This institution is an equal opportunity provider and employer."
