You telephoned me May 5 and indicated you <br /> were going to try to sell it. I noticed today that the vehicle remains and has been <br /> covered with a blue tarp. <br /> The City Code states in Section 17-7.5 (D) STORAGE that "Abandoned motor vehicles <br /> shall be stored within a structure or completely screened from view from adjacent <br /> properties and right-of-way." <br /> The City Code further states Section 17-7.6 VISUAL STANDARDS that"No use shall <br /> create, maintain or continue any activity or structure which has a strong negative <br /> visual impact or offends the morals or violates the standards of the City." <br /> Please either store this vehicle within a structure or permanently remove it from the <br /> premises. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Dawn Bittner <br /> Zoning Specialist <br /> C: Planning Commission <br /> Nancy Malecha, City Administrator/Clerk <br /> "This institution is an equal opportunity provider and employer" <br />
