A specific written management plan has been prepared by a professional forester. <br /> 2. The vegetation management plan describes how it will protect or enhance the <br /> scenic and aesthetic character of the shoreland. <br /> 3. The management plan includes a general description of the property; Staff has <br /> secured the legal description. <br /> 4. The general description includes the location, size,topography,soils, and access <br /> to the vegetation management area. <br /> 5. The management plan includes the name, address and phone number of the <br /> person in charge of the project. <br /> And subject to the following Conditions: <br /> 1. A 3o-foot buffer shall be maintained around the wetland; <br /> 2. The flags along the south line of the Donald Reschke property shall be removed. <br /> The City Council at their regular meeting August 1, 2017 affirmed the Planning <br /> Commission recommendation to not assess an After-the-Fact penalty against you. <br /> "This institution is an equal opportunity provider and employer" <br />
