Demolish the garage; <br /> 2. Pressure wash or remove the pergola; <br /> 3. Reside the dwelling; <br /> 4. Clean up the landscaping. <br /> On July 13, 2017 I visited your property and took the enclosed photographs that indicate <br /> the siding has been removed. The garage has not been demolished and there was <br /> peeling paint on the pergola. <br /> Please notify me, in writing by August 10, 2017,your timeline for completion of this <br /> project.
