Planning Commission Member Wilson pointed out the senior citizens in town on fixed <br /> incomes. Most take pride in their homes,but if they have to pay for all these permits to <br /> make repairs it is going to affect them. We want to do the right thing. <br /> Mr. Sadusky stated a roof permit in Breezy Point is $36; they do it to protect their <br /> citizens from being scammed. The permit fee is $35 and $1 goes to the State. <br /> Mr. Burslie suggested taking a straw poll as the recommendation to the City Council. <br /> Habein: No; Mortenson: Yes; Engels: No; Hallan:Yes; Wilson: No; Norton: Yes; Wallin: <br /> No. No-4;Yes-3. <br /> The recommendation from the Planning Commission is not to adopt the State Building <br /> Code. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING: None. <br /> ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO AGENDA: None. <br /> OPEN FORUM: None. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> a. Metes and Bounds Subdivision <br /> Mary Lou Rush, applicant <br /> Mr. Burslie explained the Staff Report. Applicant was not present. Mr. Burslie stated <br /> the survey does not include impervious coverage and it will not be an issue with either <br /> tract. <br /> A motion was made by Planning Commission Member Hallan, seconded by <br /> Planning Commission Member Wilson,to approve the Metes and Bounds <br /> Subdivision based on the following Findings of Fact,with no Conditions: <br /> 1. The subject property is zoned Shoreline Residential. <br /> 2. The lot widths of the proposed parcels both meet the minimum standard of loo <br /> feet. <br /> 3. Both of the proposed parcels meet the minimum area requirements of the <br /> Shoreline Residential zone. <br /> 4. The existing structures on Tract A and Tract B meet the setback requirements. <br /> 5.
