Based on the maximum levy amount of .0185% the HRA would <br />be allowed to levy $47,488.72. <br />It is my understanding that the HRA has not requested an increase in levy dollars in the <br />past 4 years. This year we are asking for a $7,250.00 increase. I have also submitted a <br />2012 projected budget for this property which shows the costs breakdown to operate the <br />townhomes. <br />The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Pequot lakes respectfully request your <br />approval for the HRA's 2012 levy in the amount of $7,250.00.
