Mr. Walberg has complied with all of the things we asked him to <br /> do. The vehicles north of the driveway are single file, he has established customer <br /> parking,the vehicles meet the 10-foot setback, vehicles requested have been removed <br /> and the piles have been removed. Staff was directed to send a letter to Mr. Walberg <br /> notifying him he is in compliance. <br /> b. State Building Code, Special Meeting <br /> Zoning Specialist Bittner informed the Planning Commission that the City Council <br /> called a Special Meeting to meet with the Planning Commission Thursday, July 20, <br /> 2017, to discuss the State Building Code.
