Public development costt including options to phase the development3. Pros and Cons of each option such as nearby smells, holding timeframes, market demand, public desire, etc. <br />BLAEDC's marketing strategies to encourage businesses to start, expand and locate in Crow Wing County:1. Localpromotion and networking <br />2. Website <br />3. Relationships <br />a. Locally- banks, elected officials, EDA's/EDC's, business owners, EXECs, local realtorsb. Regionally- MN Power, lF, Region 5c. Statewide - MNDEED <br />4. Business Retention and Expansion programs <br />5. Advertising - lQ, MN Business Climate, Seasonal homeowners <br />6. Events - MN Real Estate Journal, Site Selector/s Visit, Downtown Contests, etc.7. lnitiatíves such as shovel Ready site selection, social media strategies8.
