A skilled, talented, and supported workforce will grow existing businesses while <br />attracting and creating new businesses through entrepreneurship. This in turn will lead <br />to an expanded tax base and quality government services, strong and effective <br />community leadership, and an expanded quality of life for residents and visitors. <br /> <br />Start Year One <br />1. Better technology infrastructure for remote workers and students, (23) <br />2.
