6. The impervious surface coverage of"Tract A" will not substantially be increased <br /> with the additional driveway area(approximately 66o sf). "Tract B"consists of 8.7 <br /> acres and the impervious surface coverage is far less than the 2o%allowed. <br /> 7. The property is suitable in its natural state for the intended purpose and this lot <br /> split would not be harmful to the health,safety, or welfare of future residents or of <br /> the community. <br /> 8. The applicant is not proposing any provisions for water-based recreation. <br /> 9. The proposed lot layout meets the requirements of the ordinance. <br /> lo.The proposed side lot lines are at right angles to the adjacent property lines. <br /> 11. Each of the proposed parcels has at least 33-feet of frontage on public right-of-way. <br /> 12. The subject property meets the requirements of the code for stromwater <br /> management. <br /> 13. Reschke, applicant <br /> Mr. Burslie explained the Staff Report. Applicant was present, as well as Eric Eggen,the <br /> forester, and Paul Reschke. <br /> Planning Commission Member Hallan asked if there was to be a buffer along the south <br /> property line, next to the residential properties. Mr. Eggen stated the cut would go to <br /> the property line. Planning Commission Member Hallan stated last month we were told <br /> there would be a 5o-foot buffer around the property. Paul Reschke stated he had made <br /> that comment last month and thought there was a buffer around the property but had <br /> been mistaken. <br /> Planning Commission Member Hallan stated the forester and the logger need to know <br /> where the property lines are. Mr. Eggen stated that GPS was used to establish the <br /> property lines, not a survey. Planning Commission Member Hallan reiterated the <br /> importance of knowing where the property lines are. <br /> Planning Commission Member Wallin stated the logger should be directed not to leave <br /> anything, such as slash piles or fall down; it is important to be neighborly.
