I have been to the property and observed a large swath of trees <br /> having been cut down and removed. <br /> The Pequot Lakes Land Use and Subdivision Ordinance states in Section 17-5.16 LAND <br /> USE MATRIX that"Forest Land Conversion", "Logging", "Vegetation Removal, Clear <br /> Cutting"and"Vegetation Removal,Intensive"are all excluded uses in the Shoreline <br /> Residential zoning classification. <br /> This is a serious matter which we expect you to take immediate action to <br /> address. <br /> Upon receipt of this notice of violation,you must do the following: <br /> 1. Immediately cease and desist all logging activities on this property. <br /> 2.
